It has been a long while since I've ran, and I'm glad I went for one yesterday.
More than merely calories were burnt away, various thoughts which were burdens to my heart and mind passed on as well.
Nothing beats having a refreshed mind and a still heart to face the challenges of life!
More importantly, it is time to dig into God's word and live a life in accordance to His will and befitting of a Christian believer.

It is a great time for us to contemplate and share the true meaning of Christmas as it draws near.
The birth of a Saviour and King who changed the course of man.
His death on the cross has forged a bridge to eternal life, and subsequently, as He rose from the dead, He became the cornerstone for the reconciliation of man with God .
A relationship with Christ endures the test of time and a relationship with Him, whose promises have been faithfully fulfilled one after another, is indeed worth holding on to and trusting in times of trials and tribulations.
As we sing carols and bask in the atmosphere of the Christmas festival, I urge everyone to contemplate on the true meaning of Christmas and realize the importance of the day which our Saviour was born!
God bless! =)
